SUP season has slowed down... Mtn biking Thanksgiving

I think my body is telling me something at the moment... Probably... "Okay there miss... time to rest... .. I've been fighting a cold for the last week... NOT FUN. But FUN was last weekend....

Thanksgiving was grand.. Every Canadian Thanksgiving we head to Mazama/Winthrop Washington.... Great people, great trails, amazing weather.... delicious food.... ALL GOOD! Yay for lovely traditions! I hope we keep this one!

Since I just got my first smart phone I am figuring out the wonderful world of twitter and instagram etc.... I have finally caved.... it's happening...

What's up next? Surfing in Tofino this weekend! HORRAY!
